- Cukup 2 ekor cumi besar (200-250gr).
- Siapkan 200 gr ikan tuna fillet (saya pake gurami).
- Cukup 500 gr udang.
- Sediakan 200 gr jamur merang (saya ga pake).

- Cukup 10 daun jeruk.

- Sediakan Bumbu halus.
- Cukup 10 cabe merah rebus (sebagian saya buang biji).
- Siapkan 6 bawang putih.
- Cukup 100 gr ebi.

- Sediakan 1/2 sdt merica bubuk.
- Sediakan secukupnya Kaldu bubuk, garam & gula.
