  1. Siapkan 1 kg daging sapi.
  2. Cukup 1 porsi jamur kuping.
  3. Sediakan 3 batang sereh.
  4. Cukup 1 buah lengkuas.
  5. Sediakan 2 buah jeruk nipis.
  6. Siapkan 4 lembar daun jeruk.
  7. Siapkan 5 lembar sawi hijau.
  8. Cukup 2 buah wortel.
  9. Siapkan 2 sdm minyak zaitun.
  10. Cukup 2 sdt garam.
  11. Cukup 1 sdt gula pasir.
  12. Sediakan Bahan dihaluskan.
  13. Cukup 2 siung bawang putih.
  14. Sediakan 4 siung bawang merah.
  15. Siapkan 2 buah kemiri.
  16. Sediakan 5 buah cabe merah keriting.
  17. Siapkan 4 buah cabe rawit merah.
