  2. Sediakan Kaldu ayam.
  3. Cukup 700 ml air.
  4. Siapkan 2 batang serai digepuk (bagian putihnya aja).
  5. Sediakan 10 irisan tipis kencur.
  6. Sediakan 6 daun jeruk nipis dirobek-robek besar.
  7. Siapkan 190 ml susu evaporasi.
  8. Siapkan 4 sdm kecap ikan.
  9. Cukup 2 sdm sambal thailand (bisa pakai sambal terasi).
  10. Sediakan Jamur kancing / tiram.
  11. Siapkan Ayam.
  12. Cukup 1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk.
  13. Siapkan sesuai selera Air jeruk nipis.
  14. Siapkan Cabai sesuai selera (dihaluskan).

Serve with rice noodles, if desired. Tom yum goong should have shrimp flavor, not chicken! Unfortunately, for the true taste, it is difficult to substitute anything for the kaffir lime leaves. The richness of the sour taste comes from the complement of the different citrus flavored ingredients.
