- Siapkan 200 gr udang ukuran sedang, kupas.

- Sediakan 2 buah sereh, geprek, potong2.

- Sediakan 1 buah jeruk nipis/ lemon.
- Siapkan secukupnya Garam, merica, kecap ikan, kaldu bubuk.

- Sediakan 3 buah cabe merah besar.
- Cukup 3 buah kemiri bakar.
At first sip of this Thai tom yum soup, you'll be overcome by the intoxicating flavors of lemongrass, garlic, lime, coconut milk, and chile combined with a chicken stock base and topped off with shrimp. Kaffir lime leaves have an aromatic citrus-like smell and flavor. Trim off the top third and very bottom of the lemongrass stalks. Using the side of a knife, press down across the stalks to bruise the lemongrass and release the oils.
